Roblox has found that the account was created with the primary intent of breaking the Terms of Service. "Do not create accounts just for the purpose of breaking the rules.". Preventing personally identifiable information from being released is a top priority of Roblox, therefore any personally identifiable information is not allowed on Roblox. You were caught flooding the chat with either the same message repeatedly or placing random characters repeatedly.
